About Me

Valeria Gaetti

I like to call myself a blacksmith of empathy as I support people to give shape and color to their emotions. I think it is fundamental to challenge ourselves and our comfort zone to be happy and to feel fulfilled. Change is evolution, it is progress and it is necessary to break down the walls that we raise around ourselves.

My Job

Why choose me?

After a master’s degree in art history, I turned my career in the field of human resources by first taking a master’s degree in HR at the Business School SOLE24ORE and then a master’s degree in business coaching at SCOA – The school of Business Coaching in Milan. I am an AICP certified coach who has always been curious and fascinated by what lies beneath the first impression of others.

In addition to Business Coach, I am also a head hunter and for several years I have been working in the field of Personnel Search and Selection, particularly in the industrial sector. My passion for art and creativity in general makes me eclectic and always looking for new tools useful to support the figures in training their skills, improving their performance and, more generally, in facing the challenge of a professional change. Change is essential to evolve from a human and professional point of view, and I live it constantly in first person getting involved at the most and taking advantage of every situation to improve myself.

It is never too late to choose a new road, not yet traveled, to make that qualitative leap that sometimes frightens us. Quoting the famous writer Malcolm Muggeridge “Only dead fish swim with the stream”, we must never passively adapt to the world around us but swim against the current and stand out from the others.
